Heartfelt Engagement in Columbia, Missouri

Never have I laughed so much during an engagement session! Jaye and Lucas brought the love and laughter to their hometown engagement session.  When planning for their session, locations that were meaningful to their relationship was an important factor for Jaye & Lucas.  We decided to start where it all began – their highschool alma mater – Hickman High.  As a fellow Kewpie, I thought this was a great idea and couldn’t wait to photograph them on the steps that held such great memories.

We then reminisced about their college days on Mizzou campus, walking the Quad and grabbing a slice at Shakespeare’s. Finally, we ended with a walk down the MKT Trail and spied a beautiful field with gorgeous potential.  It was simply the best session, and I just know it is nothing compared to their wedding to come.

Congrats Jaye & Lucas!  I can’t wait to see more of you guys next Spring!
