Prom 2017 is going to be amazing when designers like Jovani are rolling out dresses like this.  Amira saw this dress at Prom Market in New York and took it straight off the runway to her showroom floor at Breeze Bridal Boutique.  We’re sure that when she saw it walking down that runway she just had to add it to the collection at her store.  It’s got that smoky sexy look with layers upon layers of tulle, but also adds a bit of fun by being a two piece.  She paired it with some gorgeous Jim Ball earrings and bracelets to complete the look and we think it is quite stunning!!
