Missouri Botanical Gardens Engagement Session

I recently spent a day in St. Louis for a gorgeous Missouri Botanical Gardens Engagement Session. Tillie & Patrick met a few years ago while both attending college in Iowa and that’s where friendship bloomed into love. Their love grew exponentially and now they are beginning stages of preparation for their upcoming Missouri wedding.

While in St. Louis, we took advantage of the local botanical gardens for their engagement session. The day could not have been any better as the weather was perfect and at every turn was another gorgeous backdrop for them to be sweet with each other. We strolled along the garden paths chatting about their upcoming wedding plans while finding new and secret spots to venture into. We could have stayed there all day as there were wonderful surprises at every turn!

Their story is so wonderful to hear and it is clear to see that they are meant for each other. So many times during their session I would catch them being sweet with each other – even when the camera was turned away. Love like that is so authentic and it makes our jobs a dream! Witnessing those little interactions between the two of them and being able to catch those small moments is what it’s all about! There is nothing quite like being a part of a story that is just beginning.
